SAFETY INFORMATION

Balmain is committed to welcoming festival-goers in compliance with health measures in effect September 2022: format, gauges and flow of people.

Health protocol will be devised and adapted so that everyone can experience the festival in the best possible conditions. To avoid long queues at the entrance to the hall, we recommend you schedule your arrival as early as possible: As Stade Jean Bouin has a heightened security risk (Vigipirate), pat-downs and bag searches will be carried out in vetting areas before entering the Festival site.

In accordance with authority recommendations, access will also be subject to the presentation of a valid health pass and a piece of identification.

Any person who refuses to comply with these procedures will be denied access to the event.

Small handbag-sized bags are allowed, but large bags or suitcases are not. A left-luggage office will be provided for helmets and purchases made solely in the Village.

Any item considered to be dangerous is prohibited.

Bikes, skateboards and scooters are banned from the Festival site

Unauthorised items: drinks, food, bags and luggage, weapons, explosive, flammable or volatile substances, pyrotechnics, candles, sharp objects, pointed or blunt, penknives and blades, objects that could be used as projectiles, non-retractable umbrellas with a point, signs or banners of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature, image- or sound-recording devices (other than a smartphone), audio-broadcasting devices, megaphones, selfie sticks, laser pointers, animals (excluding guide dogs or support dogs), use of drones.

This list may be adapted or supplemented at any time by the organiser.

IMAGE RIGHTS INFORMATION

Please note this event will be filmed and photographed. Therefore, your image may appear in one of the video recordings or photos taken during the event, which will be used for commercial or promotional purposes.

The simple act of guaranteeing your presence at this event gives Balmain the authorisation to reproduce and share these images across internal and external communication media.
